We make VDKA 6100 in the North Island of New Zealand in the geothermal fields of Reporoa near Lake Taupo. Our whey is fermented using a rare strain of yeast that we imported from Ireland over 30 years ago and have been hand cultivating in Reporoa ever since.

- 1½ – 2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice or prepared lemonade
- ½ – 1 oz simple syrup (omit if using prepared lemonade)
- Club Soda
- Lemon wedge

INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine VDKA 6100, lemon juice and simple syrup in shaker with ice.
- Shake and then strain and pour into a highball glass over ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with lemon wedge.

- 3 whole coffee beans for garnish

- Place all ingredients in shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into martini glass.
