Ingredients:
2 oz VDKA 6100
1⁄2 oz fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz simple syrup
Top with 3 oz club soda
Glassware: Collins glass
Garnish: Lemon & cherry
Preparation: In a shaker combine all ingredients except the soda, add ice, shake, strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass, top with soda and garnish.

1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice
1⁄2 oz simple syrup
Glassware: Rocks or Martini
Garnish: Lime wheel
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, shake, strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
and garnish.

2 oz VDKA 6100
1⁄2 oz fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz simple syrup
1 1⁄2 oz pear juice
3 dashes Dale Degroff’s pimento bitters
Smoked with chai tea
Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnish: Pear Slice
Preparation: Combine all ingredients, add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass, smoke and garnish.

2 oz VDKA 6100
1 oz espresso
1⁄2 oz Demerara syrup
Top with unsweetened whipped cream
Glassware: Martini
Garnish: Coffee beans
Preparation: Combine all ingredients except the whipped cream in a cocktail shaker; add ice, shake strain into a chilled Martini glass and then layer on the whipped cream.
