We traveled 6100 miles to NEW YORK, to launch as an ORIGINAL, NON GRAIN CRAFT VODKA.

We make VDKA 6100 in the North Island of New Zealand in the geothermal fields of Reporoa near Lake Taupo. Our whey is fermented using a rare strain of yeast that we imported from Ireland over 30 years ago and have been hand cultivating in Reporoa ever since.

The result is a truly DISTINCTIVE, smooth tasting PREMIUM VODKA

A unique experience, silky smooth and like nothing you have ever tasted before.

Sustainability

Most vodka is manufactured from grain or potatoes.
vdka 6100 is upcycled from cow’s whey for a distinctive, smooth, elegant vodka.

  • 2 oz VDKA 6100
  • 1½ – 2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice or prepared lemonade
  • ½ – 1 oz simple syrup (omit if using prepared lemonade)
  • Club Soda
  • Lemon wedge

TOOLS NEEDED

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Muddler
  • Lowball glass

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine VDKA 6100, lemon juice and simple syrup in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and then strain and pour into a highball glass over ice.
  3. Top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedge.

  • 2 oz VDKA 6100
  • ½ oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 1/2 Oz simple Syrup
  • 3 whole coffee beans for garnish

TOOLS NEEDED

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Martini Glass

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into martini glass.
  3. Garnish by placing the coffee beans on top.

  • 3 dashes Bitter Truth Olive Bitters (2 for less dirty, 4 for dirtier)
  • *Sub bitters for ¼ oz Olive juice if preferred
  • Olives for garnish

TOOLS NEEDED

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Martini Glass

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine VDKA 6100 with bitters in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into martini glass.
  3. Garnish with 3 olives or bleu cheese stuffed olives.

  • 1 ½ oz VDKA 6100
  • 5 oz Soda Water
  • 2 Lime wedges

TOOLS NEEDED

  • Lowball or highball glass

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill glass with Ice.
  2. Add VDKA 6100 and top up with cold soda water.
  3. Squeeze lime wedges over the top and drop them in the glass.

  • 3-4 ounces Prosecco
  • Splash of club soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place VDKA 6100 and Aperol in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into wine glass.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge and cranberries.
  4. Top with prosecco and club soda.

  • Candied cranberries for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine VDKA 6100, limoncello and lemonade in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and then strain and pour into a coupe glass over ice.
  3. Top with sparkling cranberry soda and stir lightly.
  4. Garnish with candied cranberries.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour ice and ingredients directly into mule mug.
  2. Lightly stir ingredients and serve.
  3. Garnish with skewered cranberries.

  • 7 slices of cucumber
  • 7 mint leaves
  • Top with 2 oz Club Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Muddle cucumber and mint leaves in shaker, then add VDKA 6100, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice to shaker
  2. Shake and strain over ice into lowball glass
  3. Top with club soda
  4. Garnish with mint leaf on top or cucumber 
slice on rim
