¾ oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

half a kiwi muddled

top with 1 oz club soda

Glassware: collins glass

Garnish: lemon and kiwi slice

Preparation: In a shaker muddle the kiwi, combine all ingredients except the soda, add ice, shake, strain over crushed ice into a Collins glass, top with soda and garnish.
